The Cowichan/Parksville Challenge 2025 will be held in Parksville on September 9th.

The Sign-up sheet will be posted in the clubhouse sunroom on Monday, August 4th.

July 26 & 27 Tournament Game Times

Ferguson Exteriors Men’s & Ladies Triples

For the tournament this weekend, Saturday & Sunday – games start @ 8:45 and will run until 5:30 pm.  Trophy presentations will take place on Sunday @ 3:30 for the ladies and 5:30 for the men (please note these times may vary slightly).

Saturday Draw Change

Starting August 16 – Draw Change

Following the great success of our Tuesday morning 8 end draws, we will be offering another 8 end draw on Saturday mornings starting August 16. Please have your tags in by 9:15.

There will not be a draw Saturday afternoons.

Draw Changes July 23 & 24

The afternoon draw on Thursday, July 24th has been cancelled.

Also, because of the Todd Sjogren Mixed Pairs Tournament in Qualicum on July 23 & 24, there will be no Open Draw in Qualicum on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.

West Stair Removal

Stair Removal Next Week

The “West stairs” are the wooden stairs in the middle of the west side of the green.  They are remote from the deck and seldom used by anyone.

The existing stairs are dangerous and will be removed next week.  We will not replace them unless there is considerable interest in doing so.

If you feel they should be replaced, email secretary@parksvillelawnbowlingclub.com before July 31 with “Please replace the west stairs” in the subject line.
