friends.
The Nanaimo Lawn Bowling Club’s Vision Impaired Program has been offered
to the public for over 40 years!
If you, or someone you know has a vision impairment and would like to
learn a new sport, be active, meet new people and be a part of the
community, please join us on _Tuesday, June 4th at the Nanaimo Lawn
Bowling Club at 500 Bowen Road (Bowen Park)._
We are offering 3 FREE lawn bowling sessions, 9am, 11am and 1:30 pm
where each vision impaired participant will be paired up with a sighted
director (volunteers welcome) who will teach and guide them on how to
play the game. Please wear flat soled shoes and comfortable clothing.
A BBQ lunch will also be available.
